CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancies. She was unhappy with areas resistant to diet and exercise and “deflated” breasts. She wore a B cup and desired to be a full D to improve her figure proportions. The after pictures below are two months from a Brazilian Butt Lift with fat transfer and breast augmentation with lift. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Dual plane technique (partial submuscular) with Allergan Inspira smooth round, full profile, 295cc silicone gel implants and a breast lift with only a areola scar. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline. Fat was grafted to each buttock for enhancement for a total of 1000cc.
