CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancies. She was unhappy with the areas resistant to diet and exercise and “deflated” breasts. She wore a B cup and desired to be a full DD to improve her figure proportions. The after pictures below are two months from a breast augmentation and tummy tuck. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Dual plane technique (partial submuscular) with Allergan Inspira smooth round, full proflie, 345cc silicone gel implants. A standard tummy tuck with rectus plication was performed. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline.
