CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancies. She was unhappy with the areas resistant to diet and exercise and “deflated” breasts. She wore a B cup and desired to be a full D to improve her figure proportions. The after pictures below are two months from a tummy tuck, liposuction, fat grafting to the buttocks, and breast augmentation. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: A dual plane breast augmentation with Sientra smooth round moderate plus profile 415cc implants. A standard abdominoplasty was performed with rectus plication or diastesis repair. Liposuction of the body to improve the contours and Fat transfer was performed to the buttocks for enhancement for a total of 800cc each side.
