Houston woman has fat transfer to breasts

CASE STUDY: Patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She had children, with possibility to have more. She wore approximately a B cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full B or small C cup bra. She desired augmentation only with fat transfer. She was not interested in breast implants. The after pictures below are two months from breast augmentation with fat grafting. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Liposuction was performed of the abdomen, back, flanks for fat harvest. 300cc of fat was then grafted to each breast was then performed to enhance the volume and shape.
