Houston Woman has Butt Augmentation with Implants and Fat Transfer 8

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her buttocks. She was unhappy with her deflated buttocks and excess skin. Her after pictures below are two months after buttock augmentation with an implant, a buttock lift, and fat transfer. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the abdomen, hips, flanks, and back. A “V-string” buttock lift was performed. Then using two superior gluteal crease incisions, textured anatomic shaped solid silicone gel 325cc buttock implants were placed in a “Dual Plane” subfascial-intramuscular plane. Fat that was harvested from liposuction was used for further contouring of the outer buttocks, hips and fold to improve the natural appearance.
