Houston Woman has Breast Revision Surgery 15

CASE STUDY: Patient presented with symptoms of suspected right saline breast implant deflation. She desired explantation of the saline implants and reaugmentation with silicone implants to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. Her current implants were sub glandular (under the breast tissue). She wore approximately a C cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a fuller C cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast revision surgery. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Bilateral sub glandular saline implants removed. Partial capsulectomies (removal of capsules) performed with capsuloraphy (capsule shaping/repair). Sub glandular pocket closed and obliterated. New implant pocket created in a dual plane technique (partial sub muscular). Re-augmentation with Allergan Inspira textured round, full Profile, 385cc silicone gel implants.
