CASE STUDY: Patient presented with desire to replace saline implants and improve appearance of breasts. She desired explantation of the saline implants and reaugmentation with silicone implants to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. The after pictures below are two months from breast revision surgery with saline implant removal, capsulectomies, reaugmentation with silicone implants and a breast lift revision. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Bilateral 400cc saline implants removed, partial capsulectomies with capsuloraphies performed. Implants replaced with Allergan smooth round, High Profile 615cc silicone gel implants. A breast lift revision was then performed to rejuvenate the appearance of the breast mound.
