Houston Woman has Breast Augmentation with Lift Surgery 18

Patient presented for evaluation for breast rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the deflation of her breasts after significant weight loss and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She had children with no plans for more. She wore approximately a B cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full D cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast augmentation with lift and liposuction of the axillas. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Dual plane technique (partial sub muscular) with Allergan Inspira full profile 295cc silicone gel implants. A breast lift with full “anchor” incision used for retailoring the skin envelope over the new breast shape. Liposuction of the axillas was also performed to improve the contours.
