Houston Woman has Breast Augmentation Exchange Surgery

CASE DESCRIPTION: Two months postop from breast revision. Presented with desire to increase volume of breast implant volume (currently 405cc). Desires explantation and reaugmentation with larger silicone implants. Wears D cup and desired to be DD cup. Previous pregnancies. PROCEDURE NOTES: Bilateral silicone implants removed, and replaced with 655cc Sientra smooth round, High Profile, silicone gel implants.
