Houston Woman has Bra-line Lift Surgery 3

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her back after weight loss. She was unhappy with the saggy excess skin and stretch marks. The after pictures below are two months from bra-line lift (torsooplasaty). She had otherwise a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard direct excision of excess skin and fatty tissue to upper back within a bra-line.
