Houston Woman has Arm Lift Surgery 24

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her arms after massive weight loss. She was unhappy with her “bat wings” with saggy excess skin and stretch marks. The after pictures below are two months from arm lift surgery. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard brachioplasty was performed with excision of the skin from elbow to axilla. The scar is placed at the bottom of the arm.
