Houston Woman has Arm Lift Surgery 20

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her arms after massive weight loss. She was unhappy with “bat wings” with saggy excess skin and stretch marks. The after pictures below are two months from a brachioplasty. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Direct excision of the excess skin from the elbow to the axilla was performed. The scar is placed at the bottom of the arm.
