CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancies. She was unhappy with the areas resistant to diet and exercise and “saggy large” breasts. The after pictures below are two months from a body lift, breast lift and augmentation, and liposuction. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Full skin excision breast lift performed. Breast augmentation with Allergan smooth round moderate profile plus 300cc saline breast implants. Liposuction was also performed to improve to contours of the waistline. A body lift was performed for abdominal rejuvenation. Exparel used to reduce post operative pain.
