CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient who is an active body builder, presented with desire to have a more athletic appearance of the chest. Unhappy with “fullness” that were resistant to diet and exercise. Photos below are two months after gynecomastia reduction surgery. PROCEDURE NOTES: Direct gynecomastia excision with micro liposuction was performed to an improved chest contour.
