Houston Man has Gynecomastia Reduction Surgery

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented with desire to have an more athletic appearance of the chest. He was unhappy with “breasts” that were resistant to diet and exercise. Wore compression shirts to flatten the chest contour. Photos below are two months after gynecomastia reduction surgery. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard liposuction of the chest and abdomen was performed to an improved chest contour.
