CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation for asymmetric gynecomastia reduction surgery. He was unhappy with the overdevelopment of his left chest and desired to improve the contour and symmetry. The after pictures below are two months from gynecomastia reduction. He had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Breast gland direct excision and standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the chest.
