Houston man has arm lift surgery

Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of his arms after massive weight loss surgery. He had massive weight loss after years of diet and exercise. He desired to restore arm contour. He was unhappy with his “bat wings” with saggy excess skin and stretch marks. The after pictures below are two months from arm lift surgery. He had a quick recovery, and has returned to all his lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard brachioplasty was performed with direct excision of skin from the elbow to the axilla. The scar is placed at the bottom of the arm.
