Houston man has chest lift surgery after massive weight loss

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of his chest after massive weight loss. He desired a flatter and tighter chest, and no areolas. The after pictures below are two months from abdominoplasty revision. He had a quick recovery, and has returned to all his lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: A chest lift was performed removing excess skin and gland tissue. He did not want areolar reconstruction, and deferred to having future tattoos.
