Houston Woman has Breast Revision Surgery

CASE STUDY: Patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the volume of her breast implants and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She had a history of breast augmentation with 260cc saline breast implants over 10 years ago. She desires explantation of the saline implants and reaugmentation with larger silicone implants. She had children but no plans for more. She wore approximately a B cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full C or small D cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast augmentation. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Bilateral 260cc saline implants removed, and replaced with 375cc Mentor smooth round, Moderate Profile Plus, silicone gel implants.
