Houston man has body lift surgery after massive weight loss

CASE DESCRIPTION: Patient presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of his body. He was unhappy with the excess skin of the lower abdomen and hips after massive weight loss. The after pictures below are two months after the body lift. He had a quick recovery, and has returned to all his lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard body lift (tummy tuck with hip lift) was performed. Exparel (longterm local anesthetic) was injected during the procedure to reduce postoperative pain and reduce amount of pain medicines required in the recovery period.
